The Blue Mountains were crossed by Blaxland, Lawson and Wentworth in 1812 and from then on they became a mecca for overseas visitors and local people. The rolling hills give a hint of the magic that can been seen when taking one of the 80 marked bush trails within this national park of precipitous gorges, ancient rock formations, cascading water-falls and rainforests, thick with tree ferns and wildlife.
There are many breath-taking views and interesting things to do:
● Walk the track down "The 3 Sisters" mountain range ● Ride the Sky Cable Car and view the valley from a high ● Experience the Scenic Cable Train down the mountain-side. ● Ride the Zig-Zag railway steam train ● Enjoy morning tea at famous Carrington House built in 1876 ● Take an Aboriginal guided tour through the mountain ranges ● Visit Hydro Majestic Hotel overlooking the Megalong Valley ● Experience the amazing Jenolan Caves
Let us organise your special charter to include any of these scenic sights, as well as overnight accommodation at one of the many beautiful guest houses.
